Company Overview    DGT Information Systems (DGT) was established as a joint venture between Digital China, General Electric (GE) and Tokyo Information Systems (TIS) in 2003. DGT headquarters are in Beijing, with major subsidiary companies in Shanghai and Japan, and a business office in Seattle, U.S.A.    DGT’s main business is IT service and software outsourcing in the aspects of logistics, finance, data warehouse, etc. Within 3 years, DGT has expanded to the scale of over 400 employees, and will reach 1000 by the end of 2007.    DGT is one of the global strategic partners of Microsoft in China and has large development laboratories in line with safety requirements of Microsoft and GE. DGT received CMM3 certification in 2005 and is making great efforts in development and quality control in order to meet the requirements of CMM4.
