Duties and Responsibilities（該崗位工作地點在中國云南美泰）
General：
1) Supervise MYS new toy development include schedule, quality & cost control
2) Lead team to identify cutting & sewing potential risk and clean risk in EP/FEP stage then release new toy production successfully
3) MYS trouble shooting include in-coming material & cutting/sewing production
4) Optimize cutting & sewing operation with smart sewing attachment to achieve better cost & quality in mass production
5) Better aesthetic control to balance designer & production quality requirement
6) SGE team daily management include safety, sample quality, fast reaction to settle urgent case
Special : Basic knowledge in fashion engineer have garment IE experience
Education/Experience and Attributes
Education Level: Bachelor's degree in fashion technology & engineering
Working Experience / Training: 6 years+ relevant experience in Toys or garment manufacturing
Skills/Certified License / Job Knowledge : Sewing Pattern & Operation, familiar with garment material, sewing machinery
工作職責:
1. 主導云南美泰新產品的開發，包括開發進度、產品質量和成本控制;
2. 帶領團隊識別和清除裁床和車縫工序在EP/FEP階段可能出現的風險，確保新產品順利投產;
3. 處理工廠在生產過程中遇到的各種問題，包括進廠原材料以及裁床、車縫生產過程中出現的問題;
4. 通過引入智能車縫輔助設備等方式，改進裁剪和車縫的作業流程，從而在量產時達到更好的成本控制和產品質量;
5. 更好地把握產品的外觀效果，在設計師的創意和實際生產的質量要求之間找到平衡點;
6. 確保團隊工作安全、保證樣品質量，以及快速響應并解決緊急情況。
特別要求：
1. 具備服裝工程方面的基礎知識，并且有服裝行業工業工程（IE）的相關經驗。
2. 英文讀寫熟練，有基本英語口語
學歷要求：
服裝技術與工程相關專業的學士學位
工作經驗:
在玩具或服裝制造業擁有6年以上的相關工作經驗。
技能/證書/專業知識：
了解縫紉的版型和具體操作，熟悉服裝常用的材料，并且了解各種縫紉機器設備。
